YARD AND MOULD
The steel structures, equipment and mould to be used in
precast yard or on-site service is designed base on client’s requirement.
- Steel structure and equipment for
on-site service is designed for facilitates the construction
site, which will allow more flexibility on construction method. The
related structures are:
- Out-of-balance tower/Out-of-balance
bracket: service the unbalance bridge erection.
- Temporary tower: service the
erection by mobile crane
- Segment installation
equipment: stressing platform, lifting beam/spreader
beam, hanging gallows, temporary stressing, stitching beam,
wet-joint formwork, etc.
- Steel structure for precast
yard: shaded roof, lifting beam for concrete segment,
spreader beam for rebar, survey tower
- Mould is designed for various
type of concrete segment or girder e.g. box segment, I-girder.
